ckkk4 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ckkk4 website accessible at https://ckkk4.io, including all subpages, game lobbies, betting markets, account portals, and associated services.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ckkk4 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited real-money funds, bonus funds, and winnings, as applicable.

• "Prohibited Player" means any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2, including persons under 21 years of age.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The ckkk4 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service offered by ckkk4. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ckkk4 reserves the right to suspend any Account and request identity documentation to verify age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ckkk4 Platform. Opening or operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. ckkk4 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

The ckkk4 Platform is operated and marketed primarily for players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ckkk4 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside its target market. Players attempting to access the Platform from restricted territories using VPN or proxy services do so in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.5 Verification

ckkk4 may at any time require a Player to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting one or more of the following: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ckkk4 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Dormancy

An Account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. ckkk4 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳150 to dormant Accounts with a positive Real Money Balance, provided that the balance does not fall below zero as a result of such fees. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied where contact details are available.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ckkk4 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure does not negate any obligations you have incurred under these Terms & Conditions prior to the closure date.

3.4 Currency

All Account balances on the ckkk4 Platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Where deposits are made in an alternative currency (such as USDT), conversion to BDT will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ckkk4 bears no responsibility for any loss arising from currency fluctuations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

ckkk4 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice. You must use only payment methods that are registered in your own legal name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method used and your account verification status. ckkk4 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ckkk4 Wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer or USDT may take longer depending on network conditions. ckkk4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or network congestion.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered and verified payment method. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ckkk4 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

ckkk4 strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals involving payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third-party payment account may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and protect all parties.

4.6 Transaction Fees

ckkk4 does not currently charge a platform fee on deposits. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method and transaction amount. Any applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of transaction. Third-party payment providers may apply their own independent fees, for which ckkk4 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ckkk4 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the following general rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using Real Money Balance and/or bonus funds as detailed in the promotion.

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

ckkk4 may from time to time offer special promotions coinciding with cultural events relevant to Bangladeshi players, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), BPL season, and IPL season. Such promotions are subject to the terms stated at the time of launch and are not guaranteed to be repeated in subsequent periods.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the ckkk4 Platform are sourced from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Where this is not possible, the bet may be settled based on the state of play at the point of interruption, or voided and the stake returned, at ckkk4's discretion.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, sublicense, transfer, or sell any content or software derived from the Platform without the prior written consent of ckkk4.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckkk4 shall not be liable for:

ckkk4's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

• The Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• There is suspicious activity that requires investigation before further transactions are permitted.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming framework.

12.2 Termination by ckkk4

ckkk4 may permanently terminate a Player Account if an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of termination for cause, ckkk4 reserves the right to void outstanding bets, forfeit bonus funds, and withhold Real Money Balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, the Player's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any obligations that accrued prior to termination — including outstanding wagering requirements, pending KYC, and unresolved disputes — remain in effect and must be resolved in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

13. Amendments to Terms
